A nice ride out to Anglers Retreat and back with Martyn and Kevin.

I didn't seem to be able to ride in a straight line to start with though and came off along 'The Spine' section of the Pendam trail. Not too much damage done though just a few scratches and a sore hand.

Felt better towards the end of the ride though.
